Mario (Rio) Flores

Founder and CEO

Born in El Salvador, and raised in LA and the San Francisco Bay Area, Rio has fifteen years of business, non-profit, and entertainment industry experience as a club promoter and personal manager. Before establishing IndustryMesh (IM) he established and produced the Bay Area Producers Conference (BAPC) in 2008.

Rio is dedicated to his vision of providing the entertainment community with opportunities and platforms to learn, network, and succeed.

Gabe Schillinger

Director of Music Business Affairs

Gabe is our Director Of Music Industry affairs, in which capacity he is responsible for facilitating relationships and opportunities with key music industry professionals that will benefit the IM community.

After studying music at UC San Diego, Gabe received guidance from 3-time Grammy winner and multi-platinum producer Narada Michael Walden at Tarpan studios and was inspired to open his own studio, and form his own production team (The Legion). Gabe has worked with a long list of Bay Area artists including Mistah FAB, E-40, Ray J, and Mims, in addition to placing music on MTV, E!, and VH1.

Jamie Saechao

Event Production Manager

Jamie brings organization and leadership to IM events from his background in producing local music shows in his community. He plays an integral role in our live events for which he is responsible for providing management and direction to staff and volunteers.

Jamil Wallace

Community Outreach Manager

Jamil Wallace (Aka Jamillions) brings 8 years of music business, artist relations, sales and artist branding experience to IndustryMesh.  An international artist himself, Jamil is our Community Outreach Manager and plays a key role in building bridges between the music, film, and fashion industries, in addition to cultivating talent resources within the IM community.

William Gale

Video Producer | Creative Director


Bill worked previously for Bay Area Producers Conference (BAPC) as a video editor and videographer.  He adds creative director to his list of duties for IndustryMesh and is an integral part of our plans to expand our vision, and those of our video clients and subjects.

Alan Ricardez

Head Videographer | Editor

Alan heads our video department. His skills range from videographer, production manager, camera operator, and editor.  In the last year, he launched his own film company called Agamemnon Film Studio where he works on video productions for local businesses, in addition to being a part time camera coordinator for 2K.

Michael Montoya

Videographer | Editor

Mike is the Assistant Video Director for IndustryMesh. He comes to us from Motion Capture Studio at 2K Games where he refined his camera skills and video production knowledge.  Mikes creativity and talents are on full display in the various editing projects that he has completed for both BAPC and IM.

Jeri Neves

Production Sound Mixer

 Jeri is a second year student attending The Art Institute of California where she is majoring in Audio Production.  She started as a volunteer for the BAPC and rounded out her resume with audio recording experience for high profile workshops and conferences before settling in as the official sound mixer for IM, in which capacity she handles the sound for our live events, interviews, and workshops.

Amit Rakar

Videographer | Creative Force

Amit comes to IndustryMesh through the filmmaking world, and previous Bay Area Producers Conference (BAPC) events.  He is a camera operator/assistant video director, and is a driving force behind the business development of our video department.


Mark Schillinger

Organizational Development

Dr. Mark Schillinger’s purpose is to help people use their inner wisdom to resolve their challenges and to enjoy more happiness and success in their personal, professional and family lives.

Dr. Schillinger spent 7 years studying business technology and principles at the prestigious Adizes Institute, an international firm that guides management teams in resolving performance and productivity issues, and enables them to enjoy relationships that are more respectful, resourceful and results oriented in the corporate world.  Dr. Schillinger mentors producers and artists get the results they want by organizing their projects by maximizing efficiency, minimizing conflict and managing budgets.

Gian Fiero

Organizational Development

Gian is a career & professional development specialist and former personal music artist manager who served as a business coach for the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) where he played an integral role in helping America’s entrepreneurs establish and operate 22 businesses.

During his Master’s coursework in psychology, Gian studied Dr. Robert Sternberg’s successful intelligence theory, a triarchic combination of analytical, creative, and practical intelligences that are the root of all successes, combined it with two decades of diverse business experience in multiple industries, and created the effective tools and strategies that have helped countless clients, students, and mentees overcome barriers to growth and success.

Michael Denten

Organizational Development

Michael Denten has been a fixture on the music scene for nearly three decades as a musician, record producer, recording engineer, mixer, mastering engineer and conductor.

In his recording studio, Infinite Studios, Alameda California, Michael has mixed, recorded, produced and mastered records for such notables as the, the Whispers, Bobby Brown, Irene Cara, MC Hammer, E-40, Rick Rock, Walter Hawkins, Tony! Toni! Tone!, En Vouge, Backstreet Boys, Zakir Hussian, Sikiru, Giovanni Hidalgo, 2 Pac, Luniz,Spice 1, Digital Underground, Braxton Brothers, Patti Austin, San Quinn, Too Short,The Team, The Jacka and countless other artist and musicians. His recordings have garnered multiple Gold and Platinum status and he has been the recipient of numerous music industry awards.
